All fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable.

Tuition, Fees and Terms of Service are amended annually at the sole discretion of the administrative body here at Bluebrook Academy based on the national economic climate. Please be sure to review current information before making payments to avoid advancing incorrect figures.

Bluebrook Academy Services:

registration fee

$150.00

A non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 is required for each child that attends Bluebrook Academy. This fee is a one-time payment and is submitted with each enrollment application for children entering Bluebrook Academy for the first time.

crib/seat fee:

$200.00

A non-refundable crib/seat fee of $200 is required for each child that attends Bluebrook Academy. It is an annual payment that guarantees your child’s crib/seat is secured and is not utilized

by any other child.

Tuition is paid monthly for each child at Bluebrook Academy.

Bluebrook Academy fees are standard for all grade levels.

Value added tax per the current rate provided by law will be applied to your payment invoice and delivered to the email on file 1 week before and a reminder again at 1 day before its due date.

PAY BY THE MONTH

Parents unable to pay by the term may pay by the month. Parents paying month to month are required to provide a Credit Card which will be debited on the same day monthly.

Monthly payments are paid by credit card only.

Standard Bluebrook Academy Tuition

is paid for by the Term (every 3 months). This option yields a $600.00 reduction in cost across a single school year.

By far the most economical method of payment yielding a $2100.00 reduction in cost across a single school year. What a savings!

TERMS

A Bluebrook Academy School Year is comprised of 3 academic terms:

Term 1 Fall Term:

September + October + November

3 months

Term 2 Winter Term

December + January + February

3 months

Term 3 Spring Term:

March + April + May + June

4 months

Tuition is billed on the 15th of the month before. Tuition not received by the 20th of the month before is considered past due. Late tuition is subject to $100.00 late fee which is applied to your account.

Payment of the aforementioned late fee does not prohibit the said child from being removed from classes due to tardy fees. Those children whose tuition is not paid on or before the 15th of the month, will be pulled from their classroom environments and their parents contacted to collect them.

sibling discounts

First child pays regular tuition indefinitely at Bluebrook Academy.

Second & additional children (birthed by the same parent) pay 10% less per child.

Offered only to siblings of existing students or in a case where siblings are on-boarded at the same time.

Children must be proven siblings by birth via a birth certificate.

Our sibling discount is not an automatic offer. It must be requested.
