​Tuition Payment: Tuition is due monthly and is paid on a fixed monthly rotation. A 5-day grace period is given to all patrons who pay monthly, after which a late fee is automatically applied to your account. Balances unpaid by the end of the 5 day grace period will result in the suspension of services until payment is made. Tuition is a fixed rate and is determined based on the age/grade of the child. Your tuition is due whether or not the child attends school.

Aftercare Policy: Aftercare begins at 4:01 p.m. and ends at 5:59 p.m. daily at a cost per hour. Students collected at 6:00 p.m. & beyond are subject to an immediate pick up penalty of $30.00 flat rate & $1.00 per minute thereafter, per incident.

Methods of Payment: Bluebrook accepts all major credit cards online and at our reception desk. We also accept bank deposits and bank transfers. These are the only methods of payment accepted. These are the only methods of payment accepted. Bluebrook Academy is a cashless environment.

Attendance & Health: Sick children must remain at home to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all. Parents will be contacted for immediate pickup if a child displays signs of illness during the course of day. Bluebrook Academy reserves the right to turn any child away that presents with any visible illness so as to protect the health of our staff and student body.

Pick-Up Policy: Only authorized persons listed on your child’s enrollment form or provided by way of the email on file in writing (and placed on file) may pick up your child. No exceptions will be made. Bluebrook Academy will not release your child to anyone whom is not on the authorized pick up listing.

 

Shoeless Environment:  Bluebrook Academy is a shoeless facility, all sensitive areas prohibit the wearing of shoes. All adults must wear socks or use disposable shoe coverings.

Nut Free Facility: Bluebrook Academy is a nut-free facility. No nuts or nut-based products are allowed on the premises for the safety of all children.

Safety & Liability: While we maintain a safe and clean environment, Bluebrook Academy is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical expenses that may occur while your child is in attendance.

Evening & Weekend Care: Both Evening and Weekend Care are services that are pre-booked and are not automatically provided. All Evening and Weekend Care arrangements are paid for at the time of drop off (in advance). 

 

Bluebrook Academy reserves the right to changes its prices at anytime with 30 days advance notice to its users.
