All fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable.

Our Rental Rates are reviewed and amended annually at the sole discretion of the administrative body here at Bluebrook Academy based on the national economic climate. Please be sure to review current information before making payments to avoid advancing incorrect figures.

Rentals are invoiced on the 13th of each month and is due on the 15th. Tenants with outstanding balances after the 15th will be unable to utilize the facilities until tuition and all applicable fees have been paid in full.
