Bluebrook is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Children must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult.

Late pickups beyond closing time may result in additional charges.

​Sick babies must stay home. Children showing signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose, red eyes, etc.) cannot attend. If symptoms appear during the day, parents will be contacted for immediate pickup.

Children who require medication throughout the day should also remain at home.

​Up-to-date immunization records are required for enrollment and must be kept current.

Bluebrook works alongside the Ministry of Health and reserves the right to request updated records as needed.

​​Each child is assigned a dedicated personal crib. Crib sharing is not permitted for safety, hygiene, and comfort.

Parents are asked to provide diapers and meals daily.
If these items are not sent with your child, the following charges will apply and be added to your invoice:

• $2.00 per diaper provided

• $4.00 per meal provided

We appreciate your attention to this policy as we work together to ensure each child is well cared for.

​Midday baths are part of our daily routine to keep little ones cool, clean, and comfortable.

Our facility is fully air-conditioned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Bluebrook Academy is a shoeless environment—all adults must wear socks or use the disposable shoe covers provided.
We are also a nut-free facility. No nuts or nut-based products are allowed for the safety of all children.

Tuition is due on the 15th of each month.
A $100 late fee applies after the 20th, and students may not attend until payment is made.
Tuition is a fixed monthly fee and is required whether or not your child attends.

Bluebrook Academy is a cashless facility.
We accept:

Card payments at the front desk

Online bank transfers

Direct bank deposits

Cash is not accepted.​

All fees—including tuition, uniforms, meals, and special care services—are non-refundable

and non-transferable between dates, services, or programs.
No credits are issued for absences due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.

Aftercare runs daily from 4:01 p.m. to 5:59 p.m. and is billed at an hourly rate.

Pickups at 6:00 p.m. or later will incur an immediate $30 flat fee, plus $1.00 per additional minute, per incident.

This late pick-up policy applies to all programs, including regular daycare, nursery, and any child booked for evening or weekend care.

Evening and weekend care must be pre-booked in advance, and full payment is required at drop-off. These services are non-refundable, including for cancellations or missed days.​

All children MUST arrive and leave the facility in their Bluebrook uniform. This helps with safety, consistency, and easy identification during pickup.

Children will only be released to individuals listed on your child’s enrollment form

or persons authorized by written notice via the email address or text on file. No exceptions will be made.

Bluebrook provides a fixed list of closure dates each year when the school is closed to the public. These dates are standard and published in advance. You may inquire if evening or weekend care will be offered on any of these dates, but regular school services will not be available.

By reading this policy, you acknowledge that a list of closures exist and it is the parents responsibility if they have not received on to request one.
