REVIEW

Applicants submit the above form inclusive of their resume and a completed employment application found above for consideration. An email is received if you pass this level of recruitment.

VIDEO

Applicants will receive a series of situational questions that must be answered on video. The video is submitted by email to our admissions department and is reviewed.

INTERVIEW

A face to face interview is requested of you to allow for a detailed exchange of questions and answers between both yourself and the deciding team here at Bluebrook.

TASK

Applicants will complete 1 day of work during which a series of assessments are made. You should also note that you are are paid for the time spent with us.

OFFER

An official offer is made by way of a letter to the candidate we feel fits the role best. All unsuccessful short listed candidates will be advised of our decision.
