Hours of Operation: Bluebrook Academy's Weekend and Evening Care are services are provided on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00a.m. until 12:00a.m. midnight. The center is closed unless there is a booking.

Holiday Care: Bluebrook Academy provides care on all public holidays except in December and January. The cost of care doubles for holidays as our care givers are paid according to law more for holiday care. Holiday Care Hours start at10:00a.m. until 12:00a.m midnight. The center is closed unless there is a booking. Bookings are required 24 hours in advance to allow us to secure a suitable sitter for the date and time selected.

 

The Provision of Service: Bluebrook Academy's Weekend and Evening Care are services are pre-booked services and are not automatically provided. The center is closed unless there is a booking on file, therefore if you have not booked and paid for a service, the doors may likely be locked if we are not providing service to another student during that time. We strongly encourage our parents to book 24 hours in advance to avoid being overlooked, this allows us time to receive the booking, appoint a sitter and to your booking and ensure someone is there at drop off.

 

Payment: Payment for weekend or evening care services are required before service your child is delivered to our facility or at drop off. The cost of the service is contingent upon the time of day and the timeslot selected for care. This rate is not a flat rate. It increases by the amount of time selected.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled booking begins to receive cancellation coverage which provides a full credit to your child's account.

Failure to cancel with the time frame will result in the forfeiture of your payment, up to $60.00 per child, per incident. 

• If the total charge is under $60.00, Bluebrook will absorb the full amount and no additional payment will be required by the customer. 

• If the total charge exceeds $60.00, Bluebrook Academy will retain $60.00 as a fee for the inconvenience, the remaining balance will be applied to your account for future use.

Pick-Up Policy: Only the individual who dropped off the child or an individual placed on the drop off form completed at or before drop off may collect the child. Persons not listed on your child’s drop off form may collect the child only upon receipt of an email received by Bluebrook Academy from the email on file. No exceptions will be made. Bluebrook Academy will not release your child to anyone whom is not on the authorized pick up listing. Our email address is: admissions@bluebrookacademy.com

Prompt Collection of your Child: You are encouraged to collect your child promptly at the end of the time window you selected. Bluebrook Academy offers a 10 minute grace period for the collection of your child, after which a $1.00 per minute, per incident is charged and will be required at pick up. Failure to settle the fees associated with your service will bar your child from the use of any of our services in the future.

Methods of Payment: Bluebrook accepts all major credit cards both online and at our reception desk at No.117 Baillou Hill Rd. Bluebrook is completely cashless and does not accept cash.

Attendance & Health: Bluebrook Academy reserves the right to turn any child away that presents with any visible illness so as to protect the health of our staff and children in our care.

Nut Free Facility: Bluebrook Academy is a nut-free facility. No nuts or nut-based products are allowed on the premises for the safety of all children.

 

Shoeless Environment:  Bluebrook Academy is a shoeless facility, all sensitive areas prohibit the wearing of shoes. This rule applies for all children attending and parents wishing to tour the facility. Wacky socks & crocks are Bluebrook's favorite foot gear!

Uniform: Bluebrook does not require uniform for its Weekend and Evening Care Services. Parents are asked to dress their kids for a cool environment as our facility can be a bit chilly to ensure absolute comfort for all children.

​Safety & Liability: While we maintain a safe and clean environment, Bluebrook Academy is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical expenses that may occur while your child is in attendance.​

​

Price Changes: Bluebrook Academy reserves the right to change its prices at anytime with 30 days advance notice to its users before the prices go into effect.
